   Your data stays yours

   Your business keeps all rights to the data it shares. DjustConnect processes it only to run the service.

2. AX-2

   Consent for every use

   Data is shared only with your consent, for a stated purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. AX-3

   Correct company details

   You keep your company details current and tell us when your business changes.

4. AX-4

   Security incidents

   You report a security incident that affects shared data within 72 hours.

5. DJC-1

   Neutral data broker

   DjustConnect is a neutral data broker. You manage every data permission in your DjustConnect dashboard.

6. DJC-2

   Third-party apps

   You decide, per app, which of your data a third-party application may read.

7. DJC-3

   Applicable law

   Disputes are settled under Belgian law.
